The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives is the professional association for 20,000 Chartered Legal Executives, Paralegals and other legal practitioners in England and Wales.

Why is this a topic of interest to membership professionals?

Video is increasingly becoming a more popular tool for businesses to educate members and convey complex messages in a easy to understand and timely fashion.

Who is your session useful for, who would find it useful?

Companies looking at branching into using video to engage their membership body. This will very much be an introduction to creating video content on a budget and why videos are beneficial to membership organisations.

Why did you agree to take part in Digital Excellence 2019 as a speaker?

The topic is something that I am passionate about and genuinely believe that most business’ can use video to engage their membership but are put off by the start up cost or seeming lack of knowledge on the subject.

Are you looking forward to attending and what do you hope to get from it?

Yes, I hope that this will be a good time to review what new digital strategies/ideas we can incorporate into the day to day work that we do at CILEx.
